These Terms govern your use of the ba99o platform and form a binding agreement between you and ba99o. Please read them carefully before playing.

Any winnings generated from an account found to belong to a player under 21 shall be void and will not be paid out.
Jurisdictional Eligibility
The ba99o Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. ba99o accepts no liability for any use of the Platform that is unlawful in the player's jurisdiction.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ba99o Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ba99o reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

ba99o operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents at any point, including but not limited to:
- A valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport issued in Bangladesh.
- Proof of current residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days.
- Proof of ownership or authorised use of the payment method used for deposits, such as bKash account holder confirmation.
- A recent selfie or photograph for identity confirmation, where requested by ba99o.
ba99o reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail verification will be closed and any unverified balance held pending further review. ba99o will not release funds to any payment method not verified as belonging to or authorised for use by the registered account holder.

Accepted Deposit Methods
ba99o accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. ba99o may apply account-level deposit limits at its discretion for fraud prevention or responsible gaming purposes.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of a valid request, though ba99o does not guarantee processing times and may extend review periods where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse concerns are identified. ba99o reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Currency
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on ba99o are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ba99o does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required prior to depositing is the sole responsibility of the player, and ba99o accepts no liability for exchange rate losses or conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits, and free spins offered by ba99o are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. ba99o reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence on matters directly related to that promotion.
The following general bonus terms apply to all ba99o promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:
- Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
- ba99o reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or coordinated multi-account play.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player. Players who have previously claimed a welcome bonus on any ba99o account are not eligible to claim a new welcome bonus on a duplicate or replacement account.

Self-Exclusion
Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion by contacting ba99o customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be halted, and login access will be blocked. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. ba99o will use reasonable endeavours to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that access will be prevented across all devices and networks in all circumstances.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are strictly prohibited on the ba99o platform and may result in account suspension or closure.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ba99o Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account or using any account registered in another person's name.
- Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using ba99o for money laundering purposes.
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent platform security measures.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sports event or casino game.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the account registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
ba99o employs real-time fraud detection and security monitoring. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ba99o may take action without prior notice, including account suspension pending investigation, permanent account closure, and legal action where warranted. ba99o's decisions in such matters are final.

Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Platform content without ba99o's express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability and Amendments

ba99o does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ba99o's control. ba99o shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of Platform unavailability, including losses on open bets or game rounds that could not be completed due to technical outage.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with authority over such matters. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
